Shipping Information
★ HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES ★
Shipping delays can usually be expected during the holidays so it's best to shop early! I recommend shoppers purchase items from my shop before these dates to avoid parcels not showing up before Dec 25th:
★ Canada & US: Dec 6, 2023
★ International: Nov 28th, 2023
Please remember that many shops can't control shipping speeds or delays from the couriers we use, so please be kind and remember that things can and do happen during the holidays so please plan accordingly if you can. If any issues arise with your package, please reach out to me so I can help you the best that I can!
I will be closing my shop for the holidays between December 20th-27th, but I will still be able to see and respond to messages during this time.
★ Orders will ship within 1 week of purchase, typically on WEDNESDAYS (must order before 6PM EST on a Tuesday).
★ COURIERS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES: ★
TO CANADA: Prints, pins, patches, jewelry, and washi tape by default will be sent by Oversized Lettermail through Canada Post–no tracking included. You can upgrade to include tracking at checkout. Standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks. Please understand that if you do not add tracking this shop is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
Metal dice will be sent through Chit Chats/Canada Post with tracking included. Clothing purchases will be sent from Printful, see info below.
TO THE US: Tracked package through USPS. Standard delivery time is estimated 5-7 business days. Clothing purchases will be sent from Printful, see info below.
INTERNATIONAL: I do not ship to the UK or the EU. If you'd like to purchase from me and live in those regions, you must purchase from my Etsy.
Tracked package through Asendia or ChitChats International. Standard delivery time is estimated 2-6 weeks. Some countries may not be available with Asendia or Chit Chats. If that is the case, I will reach out to you with the options available to me. Confirmed countries include: Brazil, Mexico, Norway, Russia. Clothing purchases will be sent from Printful, see info below.
★ STICKER ONLY PURCHASES
To Canada: Estimated 1-3 weeks. Sent through regular letter mail through Canada Post–no tracking included. Tracking upgrades available.
United States: Estimated 4-7 business days.
★ ALL OF THE TIMELINES ABOVE ARE ESTIMATES. Please be aware that during current circumstances with the global shipping situation and the holidays, all estimated times may not be met and your package could be delayed by several days. That being said, so far many packages have made it to their destinations with minimal to no delays.
★ ADDITIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES ★
★ Please ensure that your address is correct when checking out. I will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses on file.
★ Once the item is shipped I will not be able to make any changes or additions to your order, nor am I responsible for any delays or problems caused by the shipping carrier. If there are issues with your shipment, I will work with you to help you find a solution.
★ Returns/Refunds: I do not offer refunds if the item has already shipped out until the item is returned to me. Return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. If an item is flawed or defective, please contact me immediately so we can find a resolution.
★ Since I am just one person, I cannot replace lost/stolen items, but I can offer a discount to replace the order. If an item gets lost in the mail, please contact me asap. If possible, I can file an insurance claim and give refunds/ship back once the claim is accepted.
★ If you are in Canada and worried about your package getting lost in the mail, please upgrade your shipping to include tracking.
