Shipping Information
★ QUICK REMINDERS ★
★ Orders will ship within 1 week of purchase, typically on WEDNESDAYS as of Dec 29/21 (must order before 6PM EST on a Tuesday).
★ HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES ★
Canada & US : December 7 (orders must be placed by December 6th, will ship Dec 7)
International: November 23 (orders must be placed by November 22nd, will ship Dec 7)
★ COURIERS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES: ★
TO CANADA: Prints, pins, patches, jewelry, and washi tape by default will be sent by Oversized Lettermail through Canada Post–no tracking included. You can upgrade to include tracking at checkout. Standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks. Please understand that if you do not add tracking this shop is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
Metal dice will be sent through Chit Chats/Canada Post with tracking included. Clothing purchases will be sent from Printful, see info below.
TO THE US: Tracked package through USPS. Standard delivery time is estimated 5-7 business days. Clothing purchases will be sent from Printful, see info below.
INTERNATIONAL: Tracked package through Asendia or ChitChats International. Standard delivery time is estimated 2-6 weeks. Some countries may not be available with Asendia or Chit Chats. If that is the case, I will reach out to you with the options available to me. Confirmed countries include: Brazil, Mexico, Norway, Russia. Clothing purchases will be sent from Printful, see info below.
★ STICKER ONLY PURCHASES
To Canada: Estimated 1-3 weeks. Sent through regular letter mail through Canada Post–no tracking included. Tracking upgrades available.
United States: Estimated 4-7 business days.
International: I will only be sending stickers internationally with tracking from now on to reduce the amount of letters getting lost or delayed. Tracked package through Asendia or ChitChats International. Standard delivery time is estimated 2-6 weeks. Some countries may not be available with Asendia or Chit Chats.
★ CLOTHING PURCHASES
All clothing is made through Printful, a print on demand service. Shipping estimates are provided on the product listing pages. For more information, visit: https://www.printful.com/shipping
★ ALL OF THE TIMELINES ABOVE ARE ESTIMATES. Please be aware that during current circumstances with the global shipping situation and the holidays, all estimated times may not be met and your package could be delayed by several days. That being said, so far many packages have made it to their destinations with minimal to no delays.
★ ADDITIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES ★
★ EU customers may be asked for their phone number in order for a shipping label to be created with the couriers I use (Chit Chats and Asendia).
★ I am not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred upon receipt. For UK and EU orders, I add Etsy’s tax numbers to all shipments.
★ Please ensure that your address is correct when checking out. I will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses on file.
★ Once the item is shipped I will not be able to make any changes or additions to your order, nor am I responsible for any delays or problems caused by the shipping carrier. If there are issues with your shipment, I will work with you to help you find a solution.
★ Returns/Refunds: I do not offer refunds if the item has already shipped out until the item is returned to me. Return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. If an item is flawed or defective, please contact me immediately so we can find a resolution.
★ Since I am just one person, I cannot replace lost/stolen items, but I can offer a discount to replace the order. If an item gets lost in the mail, please contact me asap. If possible, I can file an insurance claim and give refunds/ship back once the claim is accepted.
★ If you are in Canada and worried about your package getting lost in the mail, please upgrade your shipping to include tracking.
