★ QUICK REMINDERS ★
★ Orders will ship within 1 week of purchase, typically on FRIDAYS (must order before 6PM EST on a Thursday).
★ Unfortunately, Jushmu will no longer be shipping physical items to the US, UK, or EU due to VAT and customs changes. Digital items will still be downloadable for those in these areas. I am truly so sorry, I've downsized Jushmu in 2026 and just don't have the capacity or resources to adhere to all of the new rule changes.
TO CANADA: Prints, pins, patches, jewelry, and washi tape by default will be sent by Oversized Lettermail through Canada Post–no tracking included. You can upgrade to include tracking at checkout. Standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks. Please understand that if you do not add tracking this shop is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
★ Please ensure that your address is correct when checking out. I will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses on file.
★ Once the item is shipped I will not be able to make any changes or additions to your order, nor am I responsible for any delays or problems caused by the shipping carrier. If there are issues with your shipment, I will work with you to help you find a solution.
★ Returns/Refunds: I do not offer refunds if the item has already shipped out until the item is returned to me. Return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. If an item is flawed or defective, please contact me immediately so we can find a resolution.
★ Since I am just one person, I cannot replace lost/stolen items, but I can offer a discount to replace the order. If an item gets lost in the mail, please contact me asap. If possible, I can file an insurance claim and give refunds/ship back once the claim is accepted.
★ If you are in Canada and worried about your package getting lost in the mail, please upgrade your shipping to include tracking.
